is there any reliable player i can download so i can listen to music while playing games on my psp..

IR Shell or the Music PRX.

IR Shell lets you browse the music and select which ones and I think in what order to play them in. The music PRX works by installing a plugin, and pressing the music button whenever you want the music to start.
