Xecuter 2.x Programmer "Unable to start driver" problem... need help

I tried to flash my xecuter 2.2 lite chip w/ the programmer (directly attatched to pc)but when i run x2cable to try to flash or read bios i get "Unable to start driver" error in the command prompt... is there another driver that should be i have xbox bios man. x2cable.exe and files in same dir as well and bios.
