I've looked around the forum, and while some people have the same problem as me, none of thier methods to solve it work. I just want the regular pandora menu with the TotalNewbi installer, but after selecting any option it says "Can't open X:/msipl.bin". This is probably because it's not there - what's a msipl.bin? After formatting the memory stick and going through the process in the installer, there is only the basic PSP files on there. Should there be anything else? If so, where can I get it? ...And why doesn't the installer tell me if I need to do anything else to the memory stick prior to the process?
