My wife and I recently purchased Kingdom Hearts 2 and in order to keep our games in mint condition, loaded it onto our ps2 hard drive using hdloader 0.8b++ fully patched version. I have applied the KH2 ppf patch, and unlocked all the worlds. Now the problem is, when my wife gets to Hollow Bastion-once again, directly after Twilight Town-Return Trip (right after you watch the cutscene where axel kidnaps Kairi). She goes to Hollow Bastion, when she gets there she loads into a tower, but then there is nowhere for her to go, and if she jumps out of the tower the game seems to glitch and she falls down through all of the graphics. Has anyone else had this problem? Where does she need to go next, or what do I need to do to fix this problem? Again, she loads on hollow bastion, but not in the city part, in some tower then there is nowhere for her to go. What does she need to do? Thanks in advanced to anyone who may know.
I think you should just play the game your original for the gummi ship levels but if your worried about the damage of your game box and disc (Just like me mines still in gem mint condition) then I recommend that you use Swap Magic 3.6 do not use 3.8 Coder because it has a few compatibility issues. You can get Swap Magic online by buying it or downloading it off the net and copying it to your Hard Drive via HDL Dumb and since you've got a FAT PS2 you have to remove your PS2's tray face plate to do that just turn on your PS2 and press the eject the button and then turn off the PS2 via the switch on the back and then use a small screw driver to remove the one screw you can find at the bottom of the tray then you will have to remove the face plate and then you will see two tabs or on both sides of the face plate and then youy will have to remove the face plate and but using the screw driver you used to remove the screw and you will have to slowly extract the face plate or else the tabs would break but if you did don't worry just break off the other one because thats what I did because now I can put and remove and put on the face plate any time I want. now you will have to use or make your slide card just check youtube for more information on how to make a slide card or use Swap Magic.
