Playstation store BEATS in US

I have 2 questions about downloading this game "BEATS" from US playstation store.

1. I am currently using 3.71m33-4 firmware. If i download the game after purchase, will it works? Do PSN prevent custom firmware PSP to be activate to their network? or do i need to do something to activate my custom firmware PSP to work with PSN?

2. After i downloaded and it works on my PSP CFW, will the game still works after i upgrade my PSP firmware to 3.80m33 etc in future? How to backup the license is what i concern most.

The game does work on a CFW but i think the game only work on 3.80+ including the CFW's p.s you only need to activate it if downloading on a PS3 system.hope this helps SAFE
