I'm trying to play Tekken 2 the psone version.
I put the folder named SLUS00213 in the GAME folder. In the folder are this files:
DOCUMENT
EBOOT.PBP
KEYS.BIN
When I start the game, warning message appears, with all warnings off playing the game, and this kinda things.
Then, the Screen turns black and it the game freeze and the PSP shuts automatically down after 10 seconds.
Do i need popsloader to play psx games?
P.S: I'm using 3.90 M33 and went to dark alex page and couldn't find any popsloader for this firmware.

Yeah :)
You need popsloader :)
Till now, popsloader hasn't released for 3.90m33, you'll have to wait >_>
Many psx games don't work on 3.90m33 andthat is the reason why I'm not upgrading my PSP ^_^ (Although it's bricked xD)
Even after I unbrick it, I'll be putting 3.71m33-4 ^_^

I have the same problem. Even after I install Popsloader, I still am unable to play the game. It doesn't even open a menu for me to choose which pops. I am on 3.80 m33-5. It surprises me too because this is a game from the PS store.

That is the game. I do have the original and if I convert it myself it works fine but then I have no audio or cutscenes in it because it is a multisession disc. The game that I have is also a bought version from the PS Store.

You have the original disc right ??? :)
Well, the "no audio and no cutscenes" are when you convert it to the PSP format or are they originally not there >_<
(Multisession doesn't affect the audio and cutscenes)
Well, you'll have to rip the disc into a .img format >_<
.iso formats have problem when converting to PSP format i.e you'll lose audio etc. >_>
HERE is a nice guide on how to do it :)

I'll try what you said. I was originally trying to do this my way with the tutorial I made (http://freewebs.com/nehalssite/psxtopsp.htm) but I saw with ISO producer it showed me 3 sessions.

I've never used "ISO producer" dude :P
But well, Alcohol is good and easy :)
And the reason your cutscenes and audio not coming up may be due to the '.iso' format :)
