Magick memstick question

I've succesfully created the pandora package before and my memstick and batt still work great when I use them on other PSP's. Im trying to make a magick memstick for someone else though and it doesnt seem to work.

Im using my fat psp CFW 3.80 M33-5 to do it, Ive tried it with my kernal at 1.50 and at 3.80 and regardless it wont run the pandora program. I've gone through ALL the steps I did before that created the stick so idk what Im doing wrong.

Is it just not possible to make a magick memstick with CFW 3.80 M33-5?

Ok so since I got quasi chewed out last time for not sharing here we go:

If you are runnin 3.80 M33-5 and want to create a magick memstick download the original pandora.zip and go through all the steps there THEN download despertar_cementerio (how morbid) copy the folder onto ur memstick in the GAME folder. Run it on ur PSP.
when your done you need to go into command prompt on ur compy
(RUN > CMD)

cd C:\
cd msinst
msinst (letter of PSP drive here) msipl.bin

you'll get this :

C:msinst>msinst (PSP drive) msipl.bin

Load IPL code msipl.bin
241664 bytes(59 block) readed

Target DRIVE is 7
Check partation Sector
boot status 0x80
start head 0x05
start sec/cyl 0x0004
partation type 0x06

ttl sector 0x000767F0
signature 0xAA55
Check BPB Sector
signature AA55
Check free reserved sector:OK
Write ABS Sector 0x10 to 0x1E7
Are You Sure ?[Y]

type 'Y' for yes (duh) and there you go.
