Config v1.3 asking for Wiikey base disk. Help please?

I just put the 1.9g firmware on my wiikey modded wii NSTC/U version and my Wii is completely up to date on updates. When I put the Config disc in to set the region overdrive to ON its saying

Wiikey base disk v1.2
Region: unk

Please insert the Wiikey base disk
Press any button to continue.


Yet nothing is happening when I press a button. Was I suppose to burn a copy of Config v1.2 first? Or is this an issue that involes me needing the Hacked config disc. Or maybe I need to run GCOS?

Idk right now. Im lost. Some guidance please?

you'll need to use the hacked 1.3 if you have firmware 3.1. then when it says to insert the base disc you'll have to put in the original 1.3

I think my problem is that I only have the config 1.3 HACKED version.

I cant find the config1.3 original :( All the links on this site that say config1.3 are linking me to rapidshare to get the HACKED on.

Also what is the difference between the hacked zip file and the original zip file. I cant tell! they look identical
