Safe to buy swap magic internationally?

I was wondering, is it safe to buy swap magic from Canada? Like from modchip.ca? I live in the US and I heard the new anti-piracy laws in Canada are pretty strict

i tried to buy something from modchip.ca to be shipped to the U.S because it was cheaper . and the took the payment and i never got what i bought

Really, well my friend bought from modchip.ca a few months ago and got his shipment promptly. The link you just gave me is swap magic 3.6, right? What's the difference between swap magic 3.6 and swap magic 3.6 plus?

To be honest your anti-piracy laws are more strict than in Canada. I can even download just fine here in Canada so far without worrying.
Read the laws back posted in August on Afterdawn news. You can still buy modchips etc in Canada. Its your FBI and Customs that may have stopped your shipment. There are numerous sites in Canada that won't ship to the US just because of that.
Modchip.ca or modchip.com is fine to buy from as I have lots in the past.
