can i install a custom firmware 3.90m33 to a normal slim official firmware.and is there a way to recover incase of a accident.can you show the steps to install 3.90m33 and would i be able to plai any psp games.

Do some research on how to make a pandoras battery. The magic memory stick tuts are everywhere. If you don't have access to a custom firmware psp you'll pretty much have to buy a pandoras or a Datel Tool Maker.

For the price of any of these whether you buy an extra psp battery and hard mod it or the datel maker, the savings in the price of PSP games is 10 FOLD.
