I just wanted to place some feedback about the service (or lack of) that I received from Unlock 123.com when I tried to unlock my Nokia phone using their service.
Their website is very user friendly, straight forward, and they have no problem taking credit card payment for their service. Their website provides an unlock code and everything should be fine and dandy.
HOWEVER: If you go through the process and it doesnt succeed in unlocking your phone, just fill in the form with some more information, and someone from their team will look into it...they even mention what their office hours are, and when you can expect a response. YEAH RIGHT.
I dont know how many times I tried to contact them - I tried every way possible to make contact, and tried many times, and I have never had a response from them.
SO: If you think you want to try this company - BUYER BEWARE! If the first automated step does not unlock you phone you have WASTED YOUR MONEY.

Did you end up getting an unlock code for your phone? If not, place your IMEI# here and someone will get to you or I will.
If it is an RH-98, it can't be unlocked online by anyone. Next time you want real one on one talk with someone instead of computer generated code, come here but the wait could be 1 to 2 days or use the site below and the response will normally be within minutes of your request.
I don't know who runs the (123) site but they should be right on top of your request and if the code doesn't work, you should also be refunded as long as your model is listed as being able to be unlocked.

Hi there, Thanks for the response. It turns out that the phone is a RH-28. What would the next step be for me if I still want to unlock it?
I doubt I'll ever get a refund from 123 since I cant even get a response from them! But cheers for the tip

hmmm - same as last time - It says code error, and then cannot undo restriction.
Those tricky buggers at fido have this thing locked tight!
Any other suggestions?
