Anyone know where I can download uLaunch and SMS media player because I want to play movies off of my usb stick. Which file do I have to burn to the CD and which one do I put onto the usb.

Yes go to sksapps.com,just look under PS2 Apps and you will see tabs for what you are looking for. You will find the sms player and tutorials on how to do this.
You can then play avi or divx on cd also when you launch sms player.
