Have had this for some time, don't use it much but nice to know I can play backups when I feel like it.
My question is about the actual sd media launcher mini DVD, which comes with the product, and which must be used prior to playing each and every backup.
If something happens to this DVD I will no longer be able to play the backups, and would in fact be forced to buy another sd media launcher kit. The obvious thing to do would be to make a copy of the launcher DVD, but it seems [ironically perhaps] that the good folks at SD don't want you to do this, and in fact want you to buy another $40 kit if something happens to the DVD, for I find it impossible to copy it.
Not recognized in my dvd drive, and both clone dvd and nero fail to see it. Has anyone succesfully copied this thing and if so, how ?
