Help for psp fat

I have a PSP 1000 JAP on 3.80m33-5 and it has a few problems can any1 help?
1. When i start the internet browser it brings up the window then immediately closes it again back to xmb with a loading sign next to the browser icon and just does that till i cancel it?

2. I made a upms (saphire) and it works on my slim but not on my fat?

3. IR Shell and recovery LE doesnt work it just freezes on the loading screen but works on my slim?

My MAC address and ID Storage is fine, ive booted back to a full 1.50 and upgraded to multiple custom firmwares to see if that solves it but no joy. Can any1 point me in the right direction?
