Where to get a DMS4 Pro SE chip nowadays?

Hi, I've scanned the sub-forum and couldnt find any thread relating to buying the said chip, sorry if this is still a repost thought :D

Anyway, I want to buy the DMS4 Pro SE chip but I've googled and yahooed for the chip but I could not find any site that still has it in stock.

I'm living in the States, and one site that has it does not send modchips to the USA probably due to the you-know-what...
