I have a pc which keeps trying to dial a network connection. I have tried all I can think of to stop this from happening but have not been able to succeed. My internet connection is set to not ever dial a connection. Does anyone have any ideas how to stop or determine which program is attempting to dial out? Also, automatic updates is off.
Thank you in advance for your help and consideration.
