WIID modchip install - Firmware Req ???

Hi

i had a WIID chip installed into WII.

The WII starts up fine and I can access eveything ok.

I have a working backup game I borrowed that wont work in mine.

If I insert any backup game I get the unable to read disc.

When the WIID is fitted, do I need to load firmware onto the chip first ?

Just wondering what could be wrong ?

update the firmware to V3 witch is the latest. You can get it HERE.

You should have done a little homework. The support for WiiD sucks and you would have been better off going with a WiiKey or Cyclowiz.
