is flash0 or flash1 important for playing cso or iso?

Yes. Without flash0, you can't even access the XMB. flash1 has all the settings.

And, flash 2 or flash 3 for what are they important?

Edit:I haven't got any file or folder in flash 2 and flash 3. Is this normal?
