Shrink/Decrypter compilation

Trying to compile several clips onto a single DVD using the above combo. Shrink makes the clip and I can see it in my folder labeled ISO file. However, when I open Shrink and navigate to the appropriate clip, click on it to open, Shrink shows nothing. The folder opens and the Shrink browser is blank, no audio and video TS files. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Of course there is no Audio or Video_Ts folder, since like you mentioned, you made an ISO!!!
To open that, you need to go to "File"->"Open Disc Image". Then browse and find your ISO.
