USBAdvance Loading game Problem

I am having a problem when i load USBAdvance my games are on the screen but when i pick one of them it will not load up. It gives me a Please wait Loading Game Title. I am still waiting for the game to load 2 days later. It seems that when i select the game and press X it does not try to read the game info that is on the HDD. I have noticed that when i have put the game onto the HDD that it breaks the game into 2 to 3 files not .ISO some other format. Are all of these supposed to be in one folder or do i need to do something to combine the files together to make it read?
