you first need to downgrade the only way to do that is with a custom firmware psp, or a psp with 1.50 firmware create a pandoras battery

then you update to your desired CFW here

so you need to find some one with CFW (that has the 1.50 kernel update)
or you need to buy a pandora and magic stick/ ship your psp to some one and them do it for you, they usually do it for free
there are a few people on this site who will do it for you for free;)
