if i buy a mint green japanese psp will i be able to downgrade it? and will i be able to change the language to english? FYI, i cant read japanese so if theres anything i cant put into english will it be a problem? thanks for reading.

I have a japanese psp 1000 and when you get it you get to run the initial setup where you choose english or whatever from the list. No worries mate.
