Hey guys, just got an Xbox 360 off of eBay which had the 3 red lights. We repaired it, but now we find that the DVD drive is not functioning correctly. We put in a game/dvd/cd and it shows reading for about a second and then goes to "Open Tray".

It doesn't even make a sound like it's reading, so I doubt it's the laser. It seems the spindle never comes up to lock into the middle of the disc.

Are there any guides to fixing this?
