Re-Authoring Menus in DvdShrink?

I'm trying to re-author a disc in DvdShrink (to two dvds) and I'm wondering if it is at all possible to keep the menus when I back up the disc? When I re-author, I only get the option of backing up the two titlesets, or so it seems. This is DvdShrink 2.3.

sadala, anytime you use re-author in shrink, you loose menu operation. Its nothing you are doing wrong, just the way it works. The way I keep menus working with re-authoring is by using Anydvd and CloneDVD together. These let you edit like shrink but keep menus working. Cost is about $40. each but well worth it. 30 day trial period to see if you like it.
