Some Help With My Un-Readable Fake 2 Gig Memory Stick

It used to work fine, but a few months ago it just decided to stop working (I think I may have done something actually...) and neither my fat PSP nor my PC can read it. Well when using U.P.M.S. I decided to give the "Format Fake Memory Stick" option a try. It said:

ERROR SEEKING TO BOOTRECORD!
Should be 0xfffffe00 => is 0x80220183

Is any of that somewhat understandable to anyone here? I'd like to know if that may indicate any way of "fixing" my memory stick. Again, it's a fake 2 Gig (no "Sony" printed above "MemoryStickPRODuo"). Thanks in advance!
