i installed my wiikey this summer and everything worked fine until this happened i was updated my wii with the supar mario galaxy update and after the update were it tests the wii i thought it was done so i took out the disc but then the second one came on and started updating without the disc, everything worked fine until a month later were it stopped playing back ups, i tried everything every update out there but nothing worked so i opened up my wii and all my solders were just fine, multimeter didnt sense anything, so im guessing i may need a new wiikey,

up till yesturday wiikey worked fine now it wont read any back ups at all in mine hasn't been updated either,Also all my points check out good with the multimeter.My wiikey is only 3 weeks old.
im having this same problem. i was playing one backup and wanted to switch to another, but after i took the disc i had been playing out, my Wii wouldnt recognize anything but originals. i tried all the config, setup, and recovery discs. i updated to 3.2U a few days ago when it was first reported that there werent any problems with it, and hadnt had any problems until about an hour ago.
