Hey my download of IR shell 3.9 didnt come with hethostfs.exe, i tryed to download another nethostfs but its not working, i've ,made all the right folders etc. Any help?

And i cant get iso's to load from IR shell

Do I need dev hook? Or a 1.5 kernal?

BTW its a slim psp, cfw 3.71 m33 Thanks
