Hello folks,

I am new to this forum and was trying figured which forum is right about MPEG1/MPEG2 software development discussion. I was looking for MPEG1/MPEG2 specs for software developement but not much useful information through Internet. Does anyone have any good/recommended sources about books and/or standards because I am new to video software developement?
