problem with ao6 and dvdxcopyxpress

i am trying to read a movie i want to back up. when going thru my ao3 burner, its fine.
but when i do it on my ao6 burner, it says error reading sectors...whats this all about.do i need some type of firmware for my ao6.
will the software not work with the ao6?

Is your "06" a new burner, do you have the region set ?

You can always read it on your "03" and burn on the "06" -
