Evolution X not working with xecuter 2.3 lite

After flashing Xecuter 2.3 lite w/ bios I can't get the evolution X cd to load. I installed a Xecuter 2.2 pro in another xbox and had no problems with it when I tried to get evolution X to run. I used the same CD as I did with the pro. Now im wondering, does it matter if I used the same bios cd as i did with the 2.2 pro? Thanks in advance for eveyones help
