UPMS Problem

I wanted to use upms ultimate version but when I put the magic stick inside I hold up L and then I put the battery the psp starts but the screen is still black and the wi-fi and memory stick lights are flashing.

HERE are some details about what I've done:

-I am using a memory stick pro duo 2 GB and all the programs and the games run succesfully on it.
-I am using a hardmodded PSP FAT battery and I'm sure it is a pandora battery.

Ok, So, i formatted my memory stick and then i copied all the necessary .pbp files on the ROOT of the MS.
Then, i copied the cso file in my iso folder and ran it form my PSP.

I installed the Multi-IPL, and then I installed UPMS with utilieties(slow)

I think the installation was succesfull, but I still don;t know why My UPMS doesn't start( I tested it only on CFW 3.80 M33-5)
