I was playing one of my backups last night and then I put in a new one, an error came up sayiny to clean the disk with a soft cloth (so it didnt play after it was cleaned), i tried a second game, it showed the name of the game and then started flashing colours in a large square. I then put in the previous game I played earlier and it wouldnt play either. I put in an original and it played fine.

any suggestions on what this could be or why it happened, any help is appreciated.

You really need to provide more information on your back ups like:
1. What media you used (brand and speed)
2. what program you used to burn them
3. what speed you burned them at
4. How the backup was made (from an original disc or by "other sources")

things like that. Saying my game will not work just does not go into enough detail.
