Booting GameCube Homebrew on Wii with Datel's SD Media Launcher

Hi,

I'm thinking about buying the Datel's SD Media Launcher for GameCube/Wii. I e-mailed them asking about the disc being blacklisted from the Wii update, and they said they fixed the disc to be compatible with the new update.

Questions:

1. Does the Media Launcher boot all homebrew/emulators? If not, which ones don't work?

2. Is the Media Launcher compatible with GCOS? How can I boot my GameCube backups with the SD Media Launcher?

3. Do all SD cards work? I heard 4gig cards were incompatible, but are there any more?

4. Is there a better/easier/cheaper way to boot GameCube homebrew on the Wii.
