IS IDE ATA 133 SAME AS ATA 100/ 60?

as i would like to conect a ide ata 133 to a fat ps2

They aren't the same, but it shouldn't make a difference (not 100% on that, though).

There is one thing that might screw you up, and that's the physical size of the hard drive. Make sure your hard drive fits the PS2 Network Adapter; Western Digital hard drives have connectors that are too far apart for the Adapter to fit; I'd go with a Seagate or Maxtor.

p.s.: I don't mean to nitpick, but you shouldn't have the title for your thread in all caps. People usually don't respond well to being yelled at. :/

lol, ill keep that in mind (caps lock)

how ever though at first i was about to but the western digital, due to the fare price, but i also seen this hitachi lower price and according to the users of the same hard drive they never reported any modification issues, hence it must fit exact* then as they never mensioned it
