I messed up my flash0(idiot) and i can still get to the recovery menu and crap but i cant find any recovery folders for the "run program at psp/game/recovery/eboot.pbp" pr whatever it is. I dont have a pandoras battery anymore and i cant get one so if anyone has a recovery folder for downgrading 3.90m33 or knows another way to fix this thanks in advance.

i had the same problem as you iv tried recovery folder(downloaded from some web) but didnt work....i think the only way is pandora

If you read his post he doesn't have pandoras. That's like the fifth time I've seen that same video posted. For What!!! All it shows is someone with a pandoras and magic memory stick. Does nothing to show how it was created, nothing, to me its a useless video.
