battery seems to drain alot faster these days

I had my psp for about a year and a half,i recently installed CFW 3.80m33 -5.for some reason it seems my battery dies faster when i put it in sleep mode,and seems to die a little faster then it used to playing games.The cpu speed and xmb speed is set as default.
Is this a common problem or is my battery dying on me?

When in sleep mode the battery get used quite a bit. It has to to maintain where you left.

If the CPU speed is still at default should be ok really, but like most things nothing lasts for ever. Best i can suggest is to see if you can borrow another battery to compare against.

Afraid not really - Best i can suggest is to buy a original one. Avoid Flea bay - 98% are fake and that means probably less charge time than you have now.

Any good sony shop should have one
