I've had some trouble shrinking some movies with DVD shrink...I was doing some research and noticed that, in several forums, I was finding the same topic over and over. Anyway, I found a range of solutions...none of which I tried because before I could, I decided to try doing another analysis (i simply hit the 'analysis' icon at the top) and after a deeper analysis, it shrunk it fine. I just wanted to let all, who are facing the same frustrations I was, know to try that before downloading extra programs or shrinking twice or trying any one of the other time consuming and possibly unnecessary suggestions I found. It's worked twice for me on movies that wouldn't seem to compress enough, so... Good luck
