ok i know there are tons of threads on this...but so many different question,firware, programs that i am stuck on what to do now.

1.ok my 360 died because of rrod...so i brought another motherboard from ebay with a samsung drive...the ms-25 and it works fine so i wanna try flashing

2. i followed textbook tut and now im stuck..whenever i type samread serial# and hit enter i only get 2 options..primary and slave i think and it say directory already exsist(im new to all this..but im not dumb:) so i guess my sata card is not being detected by my usb drive. then i hit esc and it says backups/serial#/orig.bin not found aborting.

3. i have seen where people say dissconnect thing from the motherboard and then some people say you dont have to. i cant understand why i cant get my sata to show up when booted from my usb.

i have been working on this for 2 days now and im ready to give up:( can somebody help and not cuss me out because there are so many on these questions...i swear i have looked but i can find a answer..

and i have a working via sata card 6421..im using extreme boot maker and have tried the extreme 33 firmware and also i have newer versions but i get the same result...thank in advance
