Yes, you will need a capture card, you can buy one off the internet somewhere, it should come with instructions on installing it. You can also use a DVD Recorder, however I believe you will need to buy disks, like DVD-RW or something.

Yeah, you plug one part into ur computer, and the other on ur TV, and it records what goes on. I think thats how it works.

All a capture card does is captures whats on the screen, it has nothing to do with ur PS2.
