What is the best program for just formatting the mem stick?

I've seen a lot of different GUIs and Easy Installers, but I'm not sure which program to use. And i already have a TOOL battery so I don't need to mess with making a Pandora battery. Thanks in advance.

Formatting as in format to put all the appropriate files on MS is going to System > system settings > format memory stick (in the XMB).

If you want to create a magic memory stick and format it then I suggest using this easy installer. After you're done that then you can simply load the Pandora V4 application or whatever you choose to update your memory stick (in case you have a slim then you need V4)

BTW: the link I gave you is to an installer for the ORIGINAL Pandora's battery, not the Dark_AleX exclusive ones.
