Duo3 Ultra section 3 not sticking

Hello. I finally figured out how to solder the other parts and am finally on section 3. Enclosed is a diagram of what points go where. How do we get the wire to stick to the points in section 3? We currently have flux, solder, and desoldering wire as our tools. Please help us finish this 2 month project!

It's going to sound scary but your going to need to use a razor blade. There is a coating on top of the mother board that you have to scrap through to get solder to flow and the wire to stick. Gentle tip the razor blade and scratch just on the point. You will notice this shi* starting to come up. wipe it off with your finger, add flux, solder like normal. It will work.
