I put roms into there folders and nothing game boots up but don't read roms.Also could someone tell me how to set each option in recovery

i have the phat and slim versions of the psp both running 3.90 m33-2 and masterboy works fine, however using the snes emu ive had problems with roms not showing up cuz i forgot to change the files to .smc
