Cintro on psp slim

Hi all, got a couple of quick questions. First off, is it possible to add a cintro (a custom video when you power up the psp) on a slim running 3.71 m33-4? Tried google but could not find anywhere that had any concrete info. Furthermore, is it possible to change the sony entertainment message to your own personal message? I am also thinking of upgrading to 3.80 m33-2 using the easy installer, i have the software on the memory stick already. Would I just need the software to do the straight upgrade or would i need a pandora as well. Sorry for all the questions, answers are appreciated.

you can always try cintro v3.90...
its lke a beta version and it doesnt play the videos on startup...
so basically its just a pmf player
