Help!!!! I can't back up my kingdom hearts II

When I try burning my kingdom hearts II even though it says it is successful, I tried it on my ps2 and it said wrong format, then I check my disc and the big kh2 file that is 3.66 gByte(for those who have kingdom hearts II you know what I'm talking about) doesn't burn on even though the data is still there because the cd is still 3.68 gByte.
What Have I done wrong? Please help, I've tried everything, dvd decrypter and nero, but it just doesn't burn
