Hello there.

To unlock your phone I would need to know the service provider (what network it is on) and the phones IMEI number. The imei can be found by pressing *#06# on the hand set.

Unlocking the phone just means that it will work with other service providers. Here in the UK our pre pay handsets are locked by particular networks eg, Vodafone T-Mobile, Orange etc. By unlocking the handset you are able to use a sim card from another provider in that phone.
