it says

3) Open the file with winrar and copy the PSP folder to the ROOT of the PSP , if it asks you if it can overwrite click on "Yes" .

when I open the psp up on my computer
should I make a folder that says ROOT?
or where am I supposed to put it

the root of the memory stick is where you see all of the folders. you do not need to create anything.

and on step seven

7) There will now be a new file in PSP/GAME/OEUPDATEMAKER, named "DATA.DXAR". If it has the size of zero bytes, then format the psp and redo it .


well the file on mine still has stuff on in
it is not zero bytes.
it's 18,069.
how do I get it to be 0
should I run OE-A Update Maker?

sorry, I successfully downgraded
and now im upgrading to 3.40 OE-A
thats what I ment from my last post

I also ment to say should I run the
3.40 OE-A maker again
