Help my game saves are not working on my new firmware

Today I upgraded my 3.40 OE-A firmware to 3.90 m-33-2 firmware and when I tried to play my old favorite games. The game saves says corrupted for example silent hill origins. I played on it on 3.40 OE-A and now is corrupted on 3.90. Any luck of fixing this problem ?, perhaps all my game saves are unrecogizable for the new firmware
