hello there..pls help me about my problem..my phone is nokia 6103
i think my phone is not locked because i can use it here in the philippines...but there is a time that my phone is hanging then prompting Phone Restricted code

Where did you get this phone? by the imei is made for European Market.

I think you have a sim problem and what i would suggest it to take the sim out, use a t-shirt or something soft and dry and clean the sims golden side real good.

Use a Q tip or whatever you have that's dry and clean the prongs that meet the sim. Sometimes dirt will build up and finger oils will get onto the sims contact areas and cause malfunctions.
