My psp won't turn on...

My PSP wnt turn on and now i probably think that my psp is bricked BUT THIS IS WEIRD!!! i searched on youtube psp brick and their psp's had a green light for like 30 seconds!!!! BUT MINES NOT LIKE THAT!!!
:( My psp has a problem that when you turn it on, the green light justs flashes and turns it self straight back off... PLZ HELP!!!!

it's a brick u will need a pandora battery and memory card too unbrick it.
