i just heard bout this pandara thing.
ive still got a fat psp version 2.80
and i want to go to version 3.71 m33-2
do i hve to downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade
can sm1 giv me instruction to do this

You'll need another PSP with a custom firmware to make the "pandora battery" and the "Magic memory stick" :)
HERE is a good guide :)

But if you don't have another PSP with a custom firmware, then use THIS guide :)
The guide has juz given the instructions to make a "Magic memory stick" without the need of another PSP >_>
You'll have to either hardmod a PSP battery to make it a pandora battery or buy a "Datel tool battery" >_>

Actually, the pandora hack is used to unbrick and also downgrade ANY PSP :)

So, no chance for your PSP getting bricked if you do everything right >_<
